Bethesda Lookouts
The Lookouts give young players an opportunity to learn the speed of the game. On the Lookouts, we emphasize establishing strong fundamentals on which we can later build advanced skills. These include polishing throwing mechanics, developing a foundation for a consistent swing, and beginning to understand the mental approach necessary to succeed on and off the field. Lookouts players will come away with a better understanding of the game, and more importantly, of their own strengths and weaknesses so that they can improve themselves on the field.
The Lookouts play approximately 35 games during the summer in the D.C. RBI League and area tournaments. During the fall, the Lookouts compete in the Montgomery County Baseball Association.
